Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Custom Orders: For custom designs and bulk orders, the processing time may extend to 7-10 business days. We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: $3.00 flat rate for all orders. Delivery is typically within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Free Local Pick-Up: If you are local to us (Springfield, MO) we can arrange for a local pickup!

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. 

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the near future.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances of delayed shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at huck.berry.print@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Because these items are custom design and/or printed, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
